Why? Because I see an inventive and brilliant puzzle game, that is poorly presented on two fronts:1) My new computer can run the 2016 Doom, Wolfenstien: The New Order, Metro: Last Light Redux, Dues Ex: Human Revolution, Bioshock Infinite, and so on so forth... smoothly with no problems whatsoever, near or at their graphical max. So, if Pneuma crashes frequently and refuses to display graphics or lighting correctly (with the correct appearance occationally flashing in like a zoeatrope)... with almost nothing but static environments, well then how could I be blamed for thinking it was a problem with Pneuma, not my computer?2) The narriation is insipid. I'm sorry. I understand what they were going for and it does not click with me. The main character's self-praise is not entertaining past the first five minutes, and the hints of self-doubt as you play along are not convincing. At all.I can also tell the writers were trying to make the dialoge comedic. In my humble opinion, they failed. The lazy, armchair-philosophy is interesting if you really listen... but I was not really listening... because I was trying to play the game. ------Otherwise is is actually an excellent puzzle game, based on line-of-sight and movement mechanics. Pretty inventive. Too bad I won't be playing any more because it looks like dog-poo and keeps crashing. I also find the "god" quite irritating to listen to.{EDIT} I would probably give this the recomendation if they fixed the crashing and polished the whole thing a bit. I could withstand self-indulgent psedophilosophy if my game would not crash.. A short and sweet play-through with lots of attention to detail. Visually, this game is beautiful and I would certainly recommend people to try it.. I started playing this game thinking it was Talos Principle clone with an annoying Portal 2 voiceover. However after completing it, I prefer this voice over Portal. Some unique gameplay mechanics and not at all like Talos.Great music (some of it Blade Runner #1 esque)Excellent graphics, excepting the occasional DOF and lighting issues. While voices are triggered at sections, if you move through quickly, they do tend to overlap. The credits screen is pretty crappy. All in all, a great indie game, and I'd like to see more of the same from this developer.Highly Recommended!. It’s too damn short. That’s it. Buy on a big sale.I got it for a steam sale at like 70% off, and I still don't know if it was worth it. (also I would refund but I sold cards and meh). Everything else is great; good visuals, good puzzles, great gameplay idea...But it’s REALLY ♥♥♥♥ING SHORT. Not including outside the main "quest" there's like 20 puzzles total. 25 or so otherwise.I'm happy that something like this was at least tried, but it really needed more. More puzzles and levels, more world building, hell more choices even, do we end the game or Let "god" pretend some more....And they really missed the chance to do some perspective gimmicks, like relative sizes :(. I would recommend this game, but just barely. It mostly feels like "The Stanely Parable" except with serious puzzles and a much more annoying narrator. However, the ending somewhat redeems the game, and the puzzles are challenging and enjoyable.
